There is only one truth, there cannot be two truths. According to the Deputy Home Secretary for Human Rights and Head of the Presidential Commission on Truth and Access to Justice (Kovaj) in the Ayotzinapa case, Alexander Encinas Rodriguezthere are discrepancies between the historical truth, constructed by the former head of the then Prosecutor General’s Office, Jesus Murillo Karamand a new report presented by a federal official.

Moreover, there is evidence of interference in tours, press conferences and other activities of the high command of the Armed Forces.
It is also important to note that the existence of evidence that served as the basis for constructing historical truth would have been obtained through torture, which is a vile practice and is condemned both in our domestic legislation and in international treaties to which our country is a party. .
Among other things, this is why it is inaccurate to say that the Kovage report and the historical truth of Murillo Karam are one and the same. However, this does not prove that the former prosecutor is responsible for the torture of normalists, and even more so for conducting false investigations.
Moreover, according to the Prosecutor General’s Office, he is prosecuting 20 military leaders and other state and municipal employees involved in the disappearances and murders of students, in addition to 14 members of the Guerreros Unidos criminal group.
Thus, the arrest of Jesús Murillo Carama seems more of a theatrical act, as in his case, imprisonment Rosario Oaksspiced, of course, with political moments and convenience, very characteristic of this fourth transformation.
