The Pininfarina Battista is one of the fastest road legal cars in the world. The Italian electric car has set two speed records in collaboration with Autocar India.

Pininfarina Battista managed to complete the 1/4 mile in just 8.55 seconds. In the 1/2 mile race, the supercar showed a time of 13.38 seconds. It also set a top speed record of 358.03 kilometers per hour, making it India’s fastest car.

Pilot Renuke Kirpalani reached a top speed of 357.1 km/h with Pininfarina Battista, making him India’s fastest driver. Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires were used in the race.

Recall that the Pininfarina Battista is based on the Rimac Nevera electric car and is equipped with four electric motors with a capacity of 1900 hp, powered by a 120 kWh battery.

The supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.9 seconds. The maximum speed is over 350 km/h and the declared range is 450 km. Prices for the model start at $2.34 million.
