The car seat has passed more than 200 crash tests and provides advanced protection for children in the event of an accident. Its frame is made of carbon fiber and energy-absorbing steel coils.

McLaren designer Frank Stephenson has unveiled the world’s safest child car seat. The price is almost a thousand dollars. This was said on the Frank Stephenson Design website.

Frank Stephenson Design is an industrial design company. The latest project was the baby car seat Babyark.

The car seat frame is made of carbon fiber and energy-absorbing steel coils. Side impact protection is provided by a design inspired by layered woodpecker bones.

The Babyark headrest uses D30 impact resistant polymer. In total, the car seat is equipped with 14 built-in sensors that interact with the smartphone app.

If the car seat is not installed correctly, the app informs the driver about it. There is also a warning about a child staying in the car.

In the event of an accident, the sensors will help collect data on the condition of the car seat. The app will let you know if Babyark can be used again.

The car seat is suitable for children up to 125 cm tall and from 2 to 30 kg. It can be installed both in the direction of movement and in the opposite direction.

Babyark has already passed more than 200 crash tests to assess the possibility of head and chest injuries. The results were impressive.

The carbon fiber and steel materials of the car seat do not wear out over time. In addition, 10 years after purchase, a free check of the technical condition of the chair is provided.

Babyark is available for pre-order with shipments from May 31, 2023. The car seat costs $990.
