The concept electric car Volkswagen Beetle was created for the cartoon “Lady Bug and Super Cat: The Force Awakens”. It combines the classic features of the “Beetle” with elements of modern style.
An unusual Volkswagen was filmed in Paris. The concept car alludes to the revival of the iconic “Beetle” VW Beetle. A video featuring the electric car appeared on the Paris Videostars Youtube channel.
The Volkswagen Beetle concept car carries the features of its famous ancestor with the details of the modern style of the German brand. It has a characteristic silhouette with a curved roof, prominent fenders and round headlights (albeit with diode optics). It also has translucent doors and massive wheels.
The new Volkswagen Beetle was created specifically for the cartoon “Lady Bug and Super Cat: The Force Awakens”. In such a car that the main character, the superhero Lady Bug, will drive schoolgirl Marinette.
Details of the car have not been disclosed yet, it is only known that it is an electric car. It is very likely to be a harbinger of the new Volkswagen Beetle because it was previously reported that the Beetle could be revived in electric car format.
It is noteworthy that other Volkswagen electric concepts – ID.Buzz, ID.Crozz and ID.Vizzion – appeared in the cartoon. All of them have already turned into serial models, and it is possible that the VW Beetle will repeat their ways.
Previously Focus reports that the new Volkswagen Golf 2024 has been declassified ahead of its premiere.
We also wrote that an electric clone of the Volkswagen Beetle is already in China.
