In Poland, they said that the EC will not be able to force the country to “share” gas

The European Commission will not be able to force the Polish government to transfer natural gas reserves to other members of the European Union. This was announced on Monday by the Minister of Climate and Environment of the Republic Anna Moscow during a conversation with journalists of the national newspapers Sieci.

“No one will take away our gas”Moscow said.

In addition, the high-ranking official stressed that the leadership of the European Commission will not be able to force Poland to “share” the accumulated natural gas. According to her, the EC’s uncompromising demands on this issue are destroying European solidarity.

The minister also added that the energy security of Poland and other EU member states should not be at the pan-European level.

Earlier it was reported that the countries of the European Union finally approved a plan to voluntarily reduce demand for gas with the possibility of introducing a mandatory reduction in demand for “blue fuel” by 15% in the coming months.
