In the next few days, Parra Alvarez will deliver “Pants for Members of Senior Groups”, the specific purpose of which is to encourage physical, recreational and cultural activities among older people and thereby contribute to improving their health, their well-being. identity and belonging, as well as their quality of life.

“It is not only about promoting the participation, development and coexistence of beneficiaries in sports, recreational and cultural activities in homes and clubs for the elderly that exist in the 80 demarcation areas, but also about rewarding and motivating even more of their determination, perseverance and diligence” , said the mayor.

He recalled that a few days ago, 3,000 people were given financial assistance to the elderly through the “Personas Formadoras del Hogar” program, with a first service of 2,500 pesos.
