To receive financial support, you must meet certain criteria. The money is paid to internally displaced people and people affected by conflict. These are residents of the following areas:
- Dnepropetrovsk;
- Zaporozhye;
- Kirovograd;
- Odessa;
- Poltava;
- Sumy;
- Kharkov;
- Chernihiv
In addition, Ukrainians who have IDP statusbut for some reason they returned to their permanent place of residence.
For help vulnerable categories of the population. These include:
- single parents supporting children under 18;
- guardians of the elderly (55 years and older);
- Seniors under the care of children under 18 years of age;
- families with one or more people with special needs;
- foster families caring for children.
In addition, family income should not exceed: 5.4 thousand UAH per person per month. Payments are received by citizens who have not previously received assistance from international organizations. The family must document that they belong to the vulnerable categories.
What documents are needed?
All family members must be present at the time of application. Everyone must provide the following documents:
- passport;
- identification code;
- Bank card number;
- documents confirming belonging to a vulnerable category of the population (certificates, abstracts);
- for children – birth certificates.
The family must also provide phone numberto which a message will be sent about the accrual of funds.
