The IMF believes that advance financial assistance to Ukraine will help de-escalate tensions early next year.
According to the data of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ukraine’s external financing needs will be at least 39.5 billion dollars in 2023 and could reach 57 billion dollars in case of a negative scenario.
