In general, local and interregional tariffs for parcels between offices and post offices will increase by 10, 20 and 40 hryvnia, depending on weight.
From the new year, Ukrainians will pay more for some services in Novaya Poshta. The company made changes to the tariffs due to increases in fuel prices and other costs. This was reported by the press service of the postal operator.
“We are taking this step to continue to guarantee timely and quality delivery during the war,” the company said.
How have tariffs changed since January 1, 2023?
- Delivery of documents now costs UAH 55 (in 2022, customers paid UAH 40 for this service).
- The cost of delivery to and from the post office is calculated in the same way (in 2022 the tariff for delivery to the post office was 45 UAH).
- The delivery cost of a parcel up to 2 kg is 70 UAH (was 60 UAH).
It will also be more expensive to order the delivery of goods by courier:
- Package weighing up to 30 kg — +35 UAH according to the tariff (was +30 UAH);
- Package weighing more than 30 kg – +100 UAH per 100 kg (was +90 UAH).
Discounts on packages from Poland

- up to 1 kg – 317 UAH;
