Ukrainians with IDP status who were evacuated to the Poltava region at the start of the war can register for additional financial assistance. This is indicated in the message of the charity fund “Caritas. Poltava”.
The message says that each family member (up to 4 people) can count on the following payment: 6.6 thousand UAH.

Ukrainians who met at least one of the six vulnerability criteria were evacuated to Poltava with IDP status:
- a person with a disability;
- a person with a serious illness;
- a single elderly (60+) person or a household of one or two seniors without family support;
- single mothers / parents or guardians of underage children, incapacitated persons;
- large families (three or more small children);
- pregnant women or mothers with children under the age of three.
There are also additional criteria, for example:
- the family has been registered as an immigrant since February 24, 2022;
- has not previously received assistance from international organizations or subsequently received assistance until 31 October 2022;
- He did not receive an allowance from Caritas.Poltava for electricity bills in the amount of 16.2 thousand UAH.
