A dangerous choking drink was brought to Ukraine: where did it go and where did it come from

A very high amount of the dangerous dye E 124 was found in the concentrated drink exported to Kiev.This was reported in the State Food and Consumer Service.

The drink was exported to the capital from France, from the same place its manufacturer is GEORGES MONIN. Non-alcoholic bitter syrup has already been withdrawn from the market in France and Belgium. The bright pink liquid hides a high amount of E 124 dye. This allergen can cause an asthma attack and even anaphylactic shock in asthmatics and people with aspirin intolerance.

The dangerous drink is freely sold on the Internet. Allergen concentrate can be received by mail.

Recall that on February 7, the State Food and Consumer Service reported on the importation of dangerous hazelnuts into Ukraine. The product has found a harmful toxin that can cause cancer. Nuts were exported from Brazil, but the State Food and Consumer Services banned the sale of dangerous products.
