In Ukraine, on March 1, 2023, the tax amnesty campaign will end: the ability of citizens to voluntarily declare property, money and assets whose taxes have not been paid and for which people cannot openly reveal their origin. This was reported by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Voluntary declaration is subject to any property acquired at the expense of income by a person whose taxes and duties have not been paid or fully paid before January 1, 2021. The campaign started in September 2021 and was supposed to last exactly one year, but then the filing deadline was extended until March 1, 2023.
The declaration must be submitted personally to the State Tax Service by the payers through the Electronic Cabinet.

Then the Tax Service has the right to decide that such a citizen of Ukraine has the following property and funds:

However, since the tax amnesty is optional, Ukrainians are not required to declare their assets and savings. Therefore, no penalty is given.

- currency (excluding cash);
- securities;
- movable and immovable property;
