The American company Horizon Capital will transfer $254 million from its international Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV to Ukrainian businesses. This was reported on the website of the presidential administration of Ukraine.
It is specified that this decision was announced at a meeting of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with the management and investors of the company.
Horizon Capital manages five private equity funds with over 40 institutional investors. Part of these funds is invested in companies in Ukraine and Moldova.
In September 2022, Horizon Capital launched the Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV with a target size of $250 million. Its investors were a number of large European and American companies and banks, as a result of which an amount of 254 million dollars was collected.
