According to the Pension Fund, more than 1 million citizens out of about 10 million Ukrainians receive the highest pension.
Many Ukrainians complain of the small amount of pensions barely enough to buy food and pay their electricity bills. - More than 10,000 – 1,100,111 people with an average pension of 14,660,48 hryvnia.
Where are the highest pensions in Ukraine
In July 2023, residents of Kiev received the highest pensions. The state paid each of them 7,190 hryvnia. In the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, payments are slightly lower – 6,601 UAH and 6,295 UAH, respectively. Pensioners living in the Dnipropetrovsk region were paid 6,240 hryvnia.
At the same time, the lowest pensions are paid in the Ternopil region, according to the PFC – only 4,023 UAH.
How to apply for retirement abroad?
If one of the Ukrainians went abroad and has already reached retirement age there, such citizens need to go to the official website of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. On it, all payments can be made remotely. This allows you to pay remotely.
