In general, rental prices for one-room apartments increased from 0.1 percent to 57 percent. A noticeable increase in rental costs is observed especially in the following cases:

- Transcarpathian – 21%;
- Cherkasy – 11%;
- Kirovograd regions – 10%.
Rental prices for one-room apartments in Kiev increased by 6.2%.
Additionally, the cost of renting a one-room apartment decreased by 0.2% to 20% in the following areas:
- Poltava – by 4%;
