Persons affected by military operations in Ukraine may be eligible to receive financial assistance from the Refugee Agency.
The UN is providing assistance to Ukrainians who meet certain criteria for vulnerability. From October 1, the most vulnerable groups of the population will receive UAH 3,600 for each family member instead of UAH 2,200 previously. This is stated on the organization’s website.
The international agency is accepting applications for payment. The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has increased financial assistance to Ukrainians affected by the conflict to help them meet their urgent needs, including temporary shelter, food and personal hygiene items.
