The court of cassation received a claim from the producer of the group “Tender May” Andrey Razin, who claims the rights to the group’s songs. Earlier, he promised not to continue the proceedings after the court decision in favor of Shatunov’s lawyers.

Razin filed a lawsuit against the songs, although he promised that he would not do this. We won the appeal, and then he filed for cassation, although he said that he would not file”, – RIA Novosti quotes the words of the director of the singer Arkady Kudryashov.

The materials were received by the Fifth Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction on September 29. The first hearing will take place on November 30 this year. According to Kudryashov, the producer publicly regrets the death of Shatunov, but in fact “is trying to put things into motion.”

Recall that Yuri Shatunov died on June 23. The singer passed away at the age of 49 after a massive heart attack. Before that, the producer had been suing for the rights to the phonograms for a long time. On the eve of the singer’s death, the court took his side. Later, Razin announced plans to continue litigation and file a complaint with the cassation.
