The ballerina has owned the home since 2000. The apartment, as Volochkova admitted, is as precious as a memory: expensive repairs have been made in the rooms, and the housing itself resembles a museum of 200 square meters, even the ceiling painting was done by masters from the Hermitage.
The first flood in the apartment occurred in 2018. Then Volochkova made repairs at her own expense, since only the living room was damaged. However, what happened on September 4 prompted the ballerina to take more serious action. The commission determined the amount of damage at 3.5 million rubles.
“I had a situation when the director of the management company was called, and he came during this assessment. They asked my representatives to provide a key to access the roof to see what was happening there – he just cowardly ran away. Let’s just say, if you don’t have access to the roof then who’s to blame? It’s the management company’s fault.me,” Volochkova said in an interview with 78.ru.
