Maribel Guardia asks for prayers for her mother; will be operated on for cancer

Maribel Guardia asked about her foster mother’s health Wilma Chaconsaying that in the next few days he will be in the operating room because of the cancer he suffers from.

The actress and singer of Costa Rican origin continues to have a difficult time due to the health condition of her sister Vilma Chacon, who is even more so since she was in charge of her upbringing since she was orphaned at a very young age. so she thinks it’s his mother.

But since she was diagnosed with breast cancer last August, she assures that “it was a real battle” because, like all people suffering from this disease, they do not imagine the path that awaits them.

According to what he explained to the Mexican press during the play conference “Lagunilla Mi Barrio” in which he participates, at the first diagnosis they were told that they would have to operate on their mother to remove her breasts, a version that changed a little later, so the best option was to fight the cancer with chemotherapy.

After her arrival in her native Costa Rica, doctors informed her that due to the heart problems she was experiencing, they could not perform chemotherapy, reverting to the first scenario, which was to remove the breast.

“I took her to Costa Rica because she wanted to be closer to her family. The type of cancer she has (requires) chemotherapy that affects the heart, so she is not a candidate for chemotherapy,” she shared.

So Maribel Guardia announced that her mother was going to have an operation, and did not hesitate to ask for prayers, not only for her family member, but for all people who are experiencing health problems.

“On Tuesday they will work and they are going to cut the chest, remove the lymph nodes And if her heart keeps getting better, she’ll get chemotherapy later. So I ask for your prayers, I ask a lot for her and for all the people who are sick, health comes first in this life,” he said.

She concluded the topic by assuring that the most important thing for her is to ask for health, so this is the only wish she asks for this New Year, which is about to begin.
