Texas filmmaker and fashion designer Tom Ford61 years old, just opened his wallet to buy an incredible mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
According to Mansion Global, which was the medium that published the news, the director would have made his new home in an off-market operation after paying the amount $51 million.
The amount Ford paid is much higher than that of his previous owner. Rob Haywartin 2021 when it was revealed that he bought it for $36 millionso less than two years profit $15 million.
Since this is an off-market operation, there are no updated photographs of the very beautiful residence, so renovation work that may have been done at this time is unknown.
The house, built by architect Daniel Kahan, has a living area of about 10,000 square feet and it sits on a one-acre lot where Tom can enjoy a deck, extensive green space, a pool with a matching spa, and an anthology landscape.
Though landlocked, the former Gucci creative director’s new residence appears to have an enviable location between the Coastal Canal and the ocean.
