Actor Alec Baldwin, 64, has been charged with manslaughter along with gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez-Reid.for an incident that occurred on October 21, 2021 on the set of the film Rustwhere did the cinematographer die Galina Hutchins.
The indictment was unsealed on Tuesday, January 31, by the Santa Fe District Attorney’s Office.; Hutchins died a few hours after Baldwin shot him with a rifle loaded with live ammunition, although he testified that he did not pull the trigger. Film director, Joel Souzawas also wounded.
