Before Pablo Laile was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 8 years of probation on February 3 for the manslaughter of Juan Ricardo Hernandez, his children wrote several letters to the judge hearing the case.
Until that day, the actor’s lawyers delivered letters written by relatives to the court; this it was a ploy to try and get Judge Marisa Tinkler to give a reduced sentence..
Despierta América reported this week that Lyle’s children, Mauro and Arantz, have sent their letters.
The children from his relationship with Ana Araujo have expressed the love they have for their father and the qualities they see in him.
Mauro’s letter
The actor’s youngest son reflected in his words that he was present on the day the event took place and called it “the most important day of my life.”
“My name is Mauro, I am 8 years old and I am the son of Pablo Lail. I was there on the most important day of my life, the day my dad did not return to Mazatlán. I miss him very much. I know my dad wouldn’t dare hurt anyone. I was small. My dad is very funny and affectionate, he is very cool. I love him too much. My dad was very brave,” wrote the kid.
Arantza’s letter
Arantza, the actor’s non-biological daughter, also sent a heartfelt letter to let the judge know who Pablo Lyle is. The girl expressed a desire to be with her father and described him as a “loving, kind and kind” person.
“Hello, I’m Aranza, daughter of Pablo Lail, I’m in the sixth grade, I’m 12 years old. My dad is a good person, I love him very much, and he is also kind. For me it doesn’t deserve to be there; I wish he was with me, but that doesn’t matter. I have known him since the age of 4 and I am not lying when I say that he is a kind, affectionate, grateful and courageous person. I would like to be as brave as he,” wrote the girl.
In her letter, Ana Araujo explained the reasons why she and Pablo went to Miami four years ago, the place where the tragedy took place.
“Four years ago we went to Miami to bring Mauro and Aranza to their cousins Thiago and Liam’s house for the first time. We planned the trip with the intention that they would not forget it, ”the letter says.
Similarly, the children’s mother explained that during the lengthy process, her children experienced insomnia, fear, sadness, and insecurity after seeing what was happening to Pablo Lyle.
