Angela Aguilar has announced her return to the solo scene with the Piensa En Mí Tour 2023, a tour of some of the most important venues in the United States. The singer was interviewed by Ventaneando to promote her shows and share some of the key lessons she has learned from her career in the international artistic scene.
At the interview Aguilar shared an anecdote in which he would show a possible insecurity about his age. According to her, some girls called her “ma’am”, asking to be photographed with her, which offended her. Although the young woman, still in her 20s, was a little upset, she didn’t lash out at her little fans but thought they were wrong to the point that she took offense.
“Once I was at a concert, and some girls came up to me and said: “Lady, I can take a picture with you”, and I “Lady is your grandmother”, but I didn’t tell you, I promise I didn’t tell you (…) Never in my life have I felt more offended, and they offended me very much, ”the singer recalled.
On the other hand, Ángela thanked her for having the experience of doing concerts in Mexico and the United States, because in this way she appreciated all the work done on and below the stage. He also stated that she is lucky that she has the opportunity to often give concerts, because she knows other artists who try very hard, but, unfortunately, have not been able to achieve great success.
“I feel more and more understanding and appreciating what I’m going through because I think at the age of 14 I wasn’t so aware of what touring was or how important it was to tour, and now I realize how lucky I am . I. Imagine what an honor it is to be able to tell you that I am participating again this year.”the singer said.
Angela Aguilar’s next US tour will begin on June 2 at the Auditorium Theater in Chicago and conclude at the Arizona Financial Theater in Phoenix on the 24th of the same month. Tour Aguilar divided opinion on social media, with some fans based in the United States delighted to be able to hear her live, while others criticized her for not announcing dates for a performance in Mexico.
