Julio Zabala was present at the studios of El Gordo and La Flaca and after 15 years of hilarious rivalry, he finally made peace with Raúl de Molina.though there were some tense moments on the set of The Univision Tonight Show.
This confrontation started over some photos of the comedian with his former partner that “El Gordo” took just a few days before he was hosting Premio Lo Nuestro. In addition, the Dominican assures that one of his notes gave him a “little push” to end his other relationships.
This episode featured one of the most memorable moments in the program’s 25-year history when, in one of his classic hot tubs, the host presented him with a huge painting of one of the aforementioned photographs, to which the Dominican responded by smashing it over Raul’s head.
“Don’t take this as a joke, 15 years have passed and thanks to this beautiful woman, Lily, who I met at her uncle’s restaurant, she reflected on me and I listened to her, and really, if I joked with her, and she forgave me Why didn’t I forgive you?Julio Zabala commented.
In addition to reliving some of the moments he experienced during his previous visits to El Gordo and La Flaca, the Dominican also invited both show hosts to celebrate their 35 year careers at Hard Rock Live in Miami by becoming the first Hispanic comedian to perform. on site June 17th.
