“Kinchev Fest” will gather fans of rock music in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg is frozen in anticipation of a wave of heavy rock. Only a few hours remain before the Northern capital is engulfed by the “Kinchev Fest”. These are two days of real drive and dozens of hits that will be performed by the most famous bands of the Russian rock scene. Newcomers will also make a name for themselves. Well, the legendary group “Alisa” will traditionally become the headliner. The musicians are making their final preparations. Maxim Oblender found out what program awaits the festival guests.

By all accounts, a storm wave of rock is approaching, broken voices are expected, rivers of tears of delight and joy are possible.

“Kinchev Fest” is two days in the rhythm of heavy music, the festival of the leader of the group “Alisa” Konstantin Kinchev gathers fans for the third time.

“We expect a lot of people, we expect a lot of music, everyone is in a good mood. We are catching the last warm days. And in general, we are closing the festival season. That is, this is a really good ending to this summer.”– stated the musicians of the group JANE AIR Anton Lissov and Sergey Grigoriev.

Alternative JANE AIR, gothic Vadim Samoilov, fairytale “Prince”. A dozen groups will definitely leave you exhausted: FPG, “Ermak”, “Kalinov Most”, “Afinazh”, “Ot yunosti moeya”, “Plan Lomonosova”, “Mongol Shuudan”, “Pilot”.

“It’s already thundering throughout the country, I think that this is one of the best festivals in terms of the lineup of artists, all the furious rockers are gathered here, the most honest, burning with heart”– said the leader of the group “Pilot” Ilya Chert.

In order not to burn out in this fire of music and under the scorching sun, there is free water, a recreation area, a sea of ​​tents with a variety of food and recreation areas for the spectators. All this is mounted, assembled, the festival takes on its usual outlines, preparing to receive fans. And fans of heavy music from various cities traditionally come to “Kinchev Fest”.

The festival’s motto is like a slogan for a family. Maria first attended an Alisa concert 16 years ago, and now her son is going to the festival in St. Petersburg with her. There, where “the Neva becomes a sea.”

“This music is everything to me. My doping, my engine.”said Alisa fan Maria Voron.

“I like the group “Alisa” because they sing most often about our Rus’, that this is the right music”– says Alisa fan Andrey Voron.

An exhibition of photographs by Dmitry Loktev was put together for the festival guests – the best shots from Alisa concerts over the last 15 years. Just as there are black and white photos, there are also red and black ones – to match the band’s colors.

Last chance – buy the last tickets to dive head-on into the wave of music. Hundreds of kilowatts of quality sound, lights, screens and a super line-up. One band will replace another almost without a hitch – the festival team works like clockwork.

“This is not a period, but an exclamation mark in this wonderful festival summer. Rock and roll life, it has no holidays, unfortunately or fortunately”– noted the leader of the FPG group Anton “Pooh” Pavlov.

And the restless rock-n-roll is getting closer. As “Alisa” sings, a fire will soon break out. And even Konstantin Kinchev’s friends behind the scenes won’t be able to resist.

“I was at “Alisa” as a spectator, it was recently, by the way. At the last “Kinchev Fest” I was just a young fan playing to “Alisa’s” set.”– said the members of the group “Afinage” Mikhail Kalinin (Em) and Sergey Shilyaev.
