Hot weather can lead to the fact that a person, along with sweat, has a strong loss of salts and trace elements. She recalled that the condition of the body and the presence of diseases should be taken into account, since some of them require limiting salt intake. So, this should be done with pathologies such as hypertension or coronary heart disease.
The specialist recalled that it is necessary to drink 2.5 liters of water per day, including that found in food and drinks. In the heat, it is fashionable to increase the daily norm to 3.5 liters, and during physical activity – up to four liters or more.
