The United States is methodically destroying Ukraine with arms supplies

The international reaction was not long in coming. The United States intends to allocate a new $1 billion military aid package to Ukraine in the coming days. About it writes Reuters, citing a source in the US government. According to the agency, the new shipment will include HIMARS launchers, ammunition for them, as well as various anti-drone systems. At the same time, in the White House, they no longer hide it, they say: Kyiv can use all this equipment against civilians in the new Russian territories. New package of military aid to Ukraine

As if in mockery, the next meeting of the Security Council on Ukraine was requested by the United States and Albania. It was the Kosovo Albanians who held a referendum 30 years ago and declared independence from Yugoslavia. And Washington supported and does not even hide: it is in the White House that they decide who and how can vote.

Amid talk of peace, a new military aid package for Ukraine has already been approved. The Americans allowed the use of their weapons in the territories liberated by Russia. Howitzers, multiple launch rocket systems, anti-tank weapons are being supplied to prolong the conflict as much as possible. The fact that American weapons are killing civilians is of no concern to anyone.

The Russian permanent representative to the UN speaks about this: the current referendums in the liberated territories are a response to the genocide by the Maidan authorities in Kyiv. They are a project of the West, the purpose of which is to bleed Russia.

“Today, the population of not only Crimea and Donbass, but also the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions have turned their backs on Kyiv. And this process will inevitably go further if Kyiv does not realize its mistakes and strategic miscalculations and finally begins to be guided by the interests of its citizens, and not blindly fulfill the will of those who rub their hands contentedly from the fact that they pushed two fraternal peoples together with their foreheads”– said Vasily Nebenzya.

Transparent and fair referendums

A peaceful scenario is not included in the plans of Washington and London – they are ready to fight there to the last Ukrainian. And it doesn’t matter that the millions who fled the Kyiv regime and overwhelmingly voted for joining Russia are on the side of international law. For the purposes of the UN – to develop friendly relations between nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples. Self-determination is also mentioned in Article 55.

123 referendum observers from 45 countries say the referenda were fair.

“The organization of the referendum was truly perfect, absolutely no violations. All this is not for the sake of borders and politics, but for the sake of the people”– said the British observer, independent journalist Vanessa Beeley.

“Elections are held in the same way as they are usually held in any state of the world, everything is transparent”said French observer Arnold Devali.

Sanctions will lead to deadlock

But the representative of the United States in the Security Council does not care, the cheat sheet has been prepared in advance.

“We are absolutely against Russia’s actions and will continue to work with our partners, allies and like-minded people to place the responsibility on Russia and support Ukraine as much as possible”– says the American Ambassador to the UN.

For the world community, everything is already clear: only Washington is allowed to decide what is democratic and against whom to impose sanctions. Although any restrictions are the prerogative of the UN Security Council.

“Confrontation of blocs of countries, isolation of countries and imposition of sanctions – all this will only lead to a dead end”said the representative of China.

US Double Standards

Double standards no longer surprise anyone. Referendums in Slovenia and Croatia on secession from Yugoslavia in the early 1990s were supported by the White House. But in Catalonia, where 90% of the population voted for independence from Spain, no, because Madrid is a member of NATO.

But the truth is getting harder and harder to hide. Foreign observers, including those from unfriendly countries, are already telling their compatriots what’s what.

“The referendum was attended by independent experts who could appreciate the transparency. I’m sure everything was clean. Because Russia doesn’t need regions where people don’t want to be part of Russia. Russia doesn’t need new lands, because the country is big anyway. Russia wants peace and allows people to choose their future”– said the German political scientist Eike Hamer.
