Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko warned of the active spread of H1N1 swine flu in Russia. According to the minister, the activity of the rhinosincitial virus and adenovirus infection is also increasing in the country.
Murashko urged Russians to get vaccinated against influenza and coronavirus to avoid infection.
“Vaccination against influenza, against covid infection, against pneumococcal infection – all this matters”, – said the head of the Russian Ministry of Health at the Armenian-Russian Health Forum.
The minister advised everyone who has not yet been vaccinated to get vaccinated as soon as possible. He also recalled the need for revaccination six months after vaccination. The Sputnik nasal vaccine currently being used is also active against adenovirus infection, Murashko noted.
