The doctor called Belevsky marshmallow without sugar the most useful dessert. She noted that this product is made from applesauce with the addition of egg white. Puree serves as a top dressing for beneficial intestinal microflora, removes harmful substances, and the dietary fiber contained in it normalizes the digestive system.
“Pastila contains important vitamins and minerals – magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, selenium and iodine, as well as organic acids – malic, citric, salicylic and boric. Following in terms of usefulness is natural churchkhela, consisting of nuts or dried fruits, juice and flour. It is rich in vitamins A, E, H, B vitamins, as well as potassium and magnesium.
