The people’s representative met with the Head of the State Reconstruction Department, Mustafa Nayem, and shared his concerns about the bribe he planned to give him. He stated that if this were discovered, some unpleasant feelings would arise.
“I am also in the anti-corruption committee, if they catch me, then there will be no mood, no happiness, no nothing.”
In the first days of the war, Odarchenko, like other deputies, heard the call of the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk – the speaker emphasized that people’s deputies should be in Kiev in case of urgent voting. Hearing this, the people’s representative immediately rushed to Transcarpathia. He also said that the Russian Federation occupied Kharkov in August 2023: “I do not believe in Kharkov, Mustafa,” he said. In general, Ukraine needs to prepare for negotiations.
The politician said, “This is power, I have read a lot, they will sweep us away, Iran and China are giving them weapons. Why do we need Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimea? We need to negotiate.”
Odarchenko also boasted about the presence of cryptocurrency exchanges in many major cities of Ukraine and even in Spain.
“I love crypto. Have you never used crypto? This is a great topic. I have my own exchangers. Everywhere, in Lviv, Kharkov, Kiev. Even in Spain,” can be heard in the law enforcement records.
According to investigators, he transferred $10,000 in cryptocurrency following a “deal” with Nayem. This was part of the promised 50 thousand dollars, and the money was supposed to go to the State University of Biotechnology. In the recording, you can hear the man “worried” about the official’s possible suspicions – he assured that “my soul would be hurt later, either I did not add or I gave too much away.” During the conversation, he also remembered the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Viktor Mikita, and shared his plans – he wanted to “settle” in that area, not far from the checkpoints.
Odarchenko case – details
It is worth noting that on November 21, NABU announced the arrest of People’s Deputy Odarchenko while trying to bribe the head of the State Reconstruction Agency, Mustafa Nayem. The lawmaker offered a bribe of $50,000 and promised to pay it in Bitcoin cryptocurrency.
Meanwhile, Nayem contacted law enforcement and talked about his attempt to bribe them. Anti-corruption authorities initiated a case against the politician and arrested him “on fire” in Kharkov after the recount of the first tranche.

Earlier, SBI had filed a case against another people’s choice, Alexander Dubinsky. This politician, journalist and blogger is suspected of treason. According to published data, he had the call sign “Buratino” and was suspected of collaborating with Andrei Derkach and the Russian GRU.
20 November Focus Dubinsky wrote about the comments regarding Vice President Alexander Kornienko. The politician said that the Servant of the People party had the most problems with the majority MPs. He also said that this was a result of the party’s strategy to gain more seats in the Rada.
We remind you that on November 21, the Verkhovna Rada supported the proposal to increase the number of NABU employees. Meanwhile, parliamentarians are asked to consider another proposal on the issue of mobilization into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
