Last month March Julio Cesar Chavez publicly stated that his son was placed in a rehabilitation center. This clarification followed concerns from his followers about his absence from social media. Almost six months passed, and the uncle of “Junior” revealed the status of his nephew.
“Apparently, this is the first time Junior is doing the process the way it should be. how should he do it, like another person deleting the last name, deleting everything, and it cost him dearly, obviously it was a difficult process for him, it was not easy”, said Christian Chavez for World Boxing.

“Polo” Chavez admitted that all the recovery process was not easyespecially for all the time that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. has wallowed in excess.
“It was not easy, but a few days ago my brother, thank God, we saw him calm, we saw him happy because he told us that Junior, yes, indeed, it cost him dearly, he fought because he was used to the fact that after a month he can do what he wants, I went to train and I had too many privileges”, he concluded.
