Peugeot is preparing to unveil a facelift of its 508. With the help of a video teaser, the French automaker announced the arrival of a facelift of its model for next February 24. Therefore, in a couple of days we will discover all the innovations that the brand wanted to implement in the 508.

WHAT DO WE KNOW?

The footage shared by Peugeot doesn’t show many details. In any case, we understand that it concerns the sports PSE. Only a few details of the car can be glimpsed, including a new mask that features the car’s manufacturer’s new logo.

Thanks to previous spy photos of the 508 facelift, we already know they’re coming later. further improvements to the headlights and front bumper. Images that made it clear that in any case, restyling will not revolutionize the appearance of the car. Therefore, a number of stylistic changes will be made, especially in the front, which will refresh the image of the car.

As for the engine, a plug-in transmission capable of delivering 265 kW/360 hp. with a torque of 520 Nm, will be confirmed on the “bad” version of the PSE. As for other engines, it looks like the new Mild Hybrid unit recently announced by the French brand will not be offered at 508.

In any case, the full details of what’s new in the restyling will be announced soon. When will the updated 508 be available in Italy? We don’t know yet, but marketing information should always be provided on February 24th.
