Hackers received classified documents about Russian seaplane: what is known

Engineers were instructed to develop underwater vehicles that could float at a depth of 5 m, carry a payload of up to 30 kg, and operate for 6 hours on a single charge.

The hackers received technical documentation on the development of Russian naval drones. Andrey Baranovich, co-founder of the Ukraine Cyber Alliance, announced this on his Facebook page.

“On the day of the red flag damn socks, I had a few rhetorical questions to the Russians. Do you understand that you can play this game together and all the secrets of the “advanced” analogues have been stolen long ago? How is Nord Stream drowned, right?

Andrei Baranovich added a link to the task description for the development of an “intelligent” control system for an unmanned boat, compiled by the Russian concern Granit-Electron in 2019. According to the document, engineers were instructed to build and test four prototypes of autonomous watercraft. The electronic navigation system should be equipped with radar, cameras, radars, LIDARs, siren, night vision device, satellite and radio communications, battery hybrid electrical wiring and other equipment.

Required Seaplane Capabilities:

  • Creation of maps with a depth of up to 5 m;
  • temperature measurement;
  • Scanning of the water area in an area of up to 5 square km on a single charge;
  • installation of a load of up to 30 kg;
  • remote transmission of telemetric information;
  • obstacle detection and avoidance;
  • identification of moving and fixed objects;
  • overcoming waves up to 2 m high;
  • work without charging for at least 6 hours;
  • maximum speed – up to 10 knots (18.5 km / h);
  • Performance at temperatures from -25 to +55 degrees Celsius.

The specification also requires that the machine can be controlled manually using a computer or laptop with a keyboard and trackball. To transmit and receive signals, it is recommended to use a radio or satellite communication module, the range is not specified.

It includes the companies “Granit-Electron”, “Equality”, “Northern Press”, “Saratov Radio Equipment Factory”, “AA Kulakov Factory”, “Equality Service”, “Petrovsky Electromechanical Factory” Molot “. The concern is engaged in missile weapons, ships in the creation of control systems, lighting systems and other military equipment for

On February 11, information emerged that a Russian drone attacked a bridge in the village of Zatoka, Odessa region. It is assumed that the UAV approached underwater from the Black Sea to the mouth of the Dniester River and then exploded.

Experts suggested that the Russians are using a simple design sea kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle. It is a small unmanned boat, possibly controlled by radio signals or satellite communications. Such vehicles can bring gunboats like Raptors closer to the target.
