When I finally started photographing space objects, I was amazed by the quality of the images. My pictures are no worse than those taken by the Hubble Space Telescope,” Prevost says.
Among the latest images of Prevost are the Orion constellation and the Horsehead Nebula, visible at the easternmost point of the Orion belt. Another breathtaking view is the Pinwheel Galaxy, which is larger than the Milky Way.
“People can’t believe I’m taking great images of space with a $1,100 telescope. New cameras are more expensive these days,” Prevost says.
