It is for this reason that various car manufacturers involved in their electrification projects have, over time, announced various projects to train personnel in the relevant skills.

It has been demonstrated that one of the key factors for a country is the ability to train trained and competent people during the transition period. For Italy to be competitive in the coming years, we need to start immediately and prepare students and workers for the changes we are facing.

Paolo CorteseIIS Senior Lecturer Vallauri di Fossano and President of the Network of Schools for Sustainable Mobility, commented:

It is important to keep the school up to date and strengthen ties with the booming sector. Next year, we will also experiment with a “digital laboratory” extended to all institutes of the national course “Technician for the design, management and maintenance of sustainable mobility systems”, with activities in augmented reality and virtual reality. However, along with this experience, it is important that students practice in increasingly advanced laboratories, for this reason we look forward to the continued availability of funds, PNRR and others, aimed at strengthening the educational offer of schools.
