This recipe for a special breakfast omelet casserole won’t take you much time. Also, this recipe is designed for a large family. In addition, this is a great option for those cases when the usual omelet is tired.
Contents:
- butter – 1 tbsp. l.
- sausage / sausage – 500 g
- sweet pepper – 1 pc.
- eggs – 10 pcs.
- milk – 3 tbsp.
- salt – 1 teaspoon
- black pepper – 0.5 tsp
- garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- onion powder – 1 teaspoon
- bread – 6 tbsp. chopped
- grated hard cheese – 2 tbsp.
- greenery for decoration
Cooking method:
- Grease a baking tray with cooking oil.
- Fry the sausages (sausages) separately in a pan, remove from the pan and drain excess fat. Add the chopped bell pepper to the same pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Put the bread on a baking sheet, put sausage and bell pepper on it.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and spices and whisk lightly.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- All this can be prepared in the evening, put in the refrigerator at night, and cooked in the morning.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until eggs are done.
- Before serving, you can garnish with herbs.
