Fashion critics have calculated the cost of Kate Middleton’s wardrobe for her visit to America.

Catherine’s outfits, including the jewelry she wore in public, cost more than $15 million.

During three days in Boston, the Princess of Wales reaffirmed her title as a style icon and changed seven outfits for the entire trip. The Daily Mail writes that experts have estimated that Kate Middleton’s wardrobe cost around $50,000, excluding jewels from the royal treasury.

The wife of the future king of Great Britain preferred the products of British brands, in particular, suits and coats from Alexander McQueen, dresses from Burberry and Emilia Wickstead.

Katherine descends from the ramp at Boston’s Logan International Airport in a navy blue suit by the aforementioned Alexander McQueen for $3,080. The look is completed with a matching turtleneck and Gianvito Rossi suede pumps for $775. Of the jewelry, she chose earrings with diamonds and sapphires, which had previously belonged to Princess Diana. The late Princess of Wales was seen wearing the sparkling double-layered flower-shaped earrings several times before her death in 1997, including attending the Met Gala in New York in 1996 and a visit to Canada in 1991.

Arriving in the United States, the royal couple attended a presentation of Earthshot at Boston City Hall shortly afterward. On Thursday, December 1, the Prince and Princess of Wales met with the CEO of Greentown Labs and chair of the Northeast Clean Energy Council, and Kate opted for the $11,260 look. She wore burgundy high-waisted pants that cost $927 and a matching blazer by Roland Mouret. The exact price of the blazer is unknown, but similar Roland Mouret jackets retail for $86.

Katherine completed the look with a $675 pair of Gianvito Rossi suede shoes, $3,008 Daniella Draper hoop earrings, and an extravagant Chanel bag, which is no longer available but originally priced $4,664.

Later that day, Her Majesty transformed into a diverse and stylish ensemble as she and William traveled to Pierce Park in Boston to watch sea levels rise. This outfit cost $11348.

Alongside a long brown Alexander McQueen pea coat, she wore a bright orange $790 Gabriela Hearst turtleneck and a matching $1,590 skirt. Although the jacket appears to be made-to-order, a replica of the brand is available online for $5,960.

The set is complete with a pair of brown high-heeled boots, though it’s unclear which brand made them. As for her jewelry, she once again wore $3,008 Daniella Draper hoop earrings.

Kate kicked off the third day of her Boston trip by visiting Harvard University’s Child Development Center in a $3,076 costume. She wore a long-sleeved, tailored blue dress by Emilia Wickstead. The original dress is $1,201 but is sleeveless so it looks like it was just remade for Katherine.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Cornwall wore $775 Gianvito Rossi shoes and carried a blue Mulberry leather purse, which is currently reselling online for $1,100.

The culmination of the trip was the Earthshot Awards Awards, where the Princess of Wales appeared on the HURR platform in an apple green Solace London rental green dress that cost her from $525 to $91.

To match the dress, Katherine wore a necklace believed to be worth around $15 million to the late Princess Diana.

Kate added extra sparkle to her look by wearing $11,375 Asprey diamond and emerald earrings from her own collection.

The future queen’s outfit is complete with $2495 designer shoes by Gianvito Rossi.
