Contents:
For crepes (pan 24 cm) 6 pieces:
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Milk – 150 ml
- Rice / wheat flour – 25 g
- Corn starch – 25 g
- Cocoa – 10 g
- Sweetener/sugar to sweeten
- pinch of salt
- Olive or vegetable oil – 5 ml
for the cream:
- Milk -300 ml
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
- Cornstarch – 20 g
- Sweetener / sugar taste (40 g available)
Cherry dessert:
- Cherries (frozen) – 150 g
- Sweetener or sugar – 20 g
- Cornstarch – 7 g
Cooking method:
Crepe:
- Mix all the ingredients with a mixer so that there are no lumps. The dough will be liquid – as it should be.
- Before the first pancake, grease the pan with a drop of vegetable oil. Grill over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side. Let it cool down.⠀
Cream:
- Mix all the ingredients and put on medium heat. Do not boil, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Let’s cool down. ⠀
Cherry dessert:
- Put the frozen cherries in a saucepan or thick-bottomed saucepan, set over medium heat and add sweetener, stirring to dissolve the sugar over low heat. We put the starch and, stirring, wait until the mass thickens. Remove from fire and let cool.
- Then we do as in the video. Lubricate the cream with cream and pull back slightly from the edge of the first pancake, add new and again cream, repeat until the pancakes and cream are gone. Place the cherries. We roll everything into a roll and wrap it in cling film. We put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Recall the recipe for a gentle meringue roll with cream cheese and tangerines.
