Kate Middleton kicked off Children’s Mental Health Week with a visit to St John’s Primary School in Bethnal Green. The Princess of Wales taught needlework with schoolchildren and had intimate conversations with them. The Daily Mail writes about it.
The Princess of Wales spoke to primary school students as she kicked off Place2Be Child Mental Health Week today.
Kate Middleton, 41, told schoolchildren about your feelings and how to be honest with yourself.

“Communication frees our feelings towards other people we care about,” one student told the princess.
Another told Kate that she coped with difficult emotions by “breathing deeply” and then “drinking a glass of water.”
Kate encouraged the children to keep talking about their feelings and pointed out how important it was.
“I’m excited to be supporting Children’s Mental Health Week again. It’s been great talking to so many kids about the importance of connections and the important people in their lives,” Kate said.
Princess has been supporting Children’s Mental Health Week since it was launched by Place2Be in 2015. This year’s theme is “Let’s be together”.
Kate Middleton kicked off the event by posting her own childhood photo with her father, Michael Middleton.
Princess fans have already noticed that baby Kate looks a lot like her youngest son, four-year-old Prince Louis.
Previously, the Princess of Wales and her husband attended a reception organized by the Royal Foundation Early Childhood Centre, at BAFTA headquarters in London. And Kate Middleton shone in a luxurious red suit.
