Zucchini dishes often contain a number of other ingredients, because they themselves do not have a bright taste. But on the other hand, they go well with meat, cottage cheese and various spices. Grated zucchini can even be added to the minced meat for cutlets, then they will become more juicy.

In this recipe, zucchini is baked with cottage cheese and cheese.

Zucchini stuffed with cottage cheese

Contents:

  • two small zucchini;
  • cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • garlic – two cloves;
  • An egg;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Parsley and dill, salt, pepper.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise and remove all the pulp with a spoon. If the skin of the squash is too thick, you can peel it or leave it as is.

Mix the cottage cheese, finely chopped greens and garlic in a bowl, beat an egg. Salt and pepper. You can add other spices according to your taste. Stuff the zucchini with minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place them on a baking tray or baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Roast the squash for about 30 minutes, but adjust according to your oven and the size of the squash. They are quite delicate and cook very quickly.

Zucchini can also be cooked with garlic, herbs and cayenne pepper. Then they will be spicy and very tasty.
