Contents:

  • Spaghetti – 300 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 6 pcs.
  • Regular tomatoes – 2 medium
  • basil – 4 sprigs
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olive oil and spices – to taste

Cooking:

  • To prepare the sauce, put regular tomatoes in boiling water and hold them there for a few minutes. This will help you peel them more easily.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, chop the garlic there (you can finely chop it). After a few minutes, add the tomatoes. They need to be thoroughly crushed in a pan to a homogeneous mass. Add spices to your taste.
  • Then put the cherry tomatoes in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
  • Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Spaghetti should be al dente, so it is recommended to boil it a few minutes less than the specified time.
  • Transfer spaghetti to skillet with tomatoes and toss to combine. Turn it off for 4 minutes.
  • Garnish with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil before serving. Top it with hard cheese.

Salad with eel and honey sauce

Contents:

  • Smoked eel – 100 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Iceberg lettuce – 50 g
  • Pine nuts – 30 g
  • soy sauce – 30 g
  • Honey – 30 g
  • Spices – to taste

Cooking:

  • Cut the snake into small pieces.
  • Mix soy sauce with honey and nuts. Steam in a water bath for about 4-5 minutes. Add spices and eel to it.
  • Finely chop the lettuce leaves and add to the eel and sauce.
  • Add tomatoes there. You can pre-bake them in the oven at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Top it off with some lemon sauce.

Pappardelle with Bacon and Parmesan

Contents:

  • Papardelle – 300 g
  • Bacon – 180 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Cream 10 – 50 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Parmesan – 30 g

Cooking:

  • To prepare the sauce, you need to chop the garlic and fry it in a drop of olive oil.
  • Then cut the bacon into thin long strips and fry separately for 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the cream and pre-fried garlic. Scald this whole mass with cream.
  • Fry the cherry tomatoes in a pan with garlic. Fry for about 4 minutes.
  • In parallel, take the spaghetti pappardelle and cook for a few minutes less than indicated on the package.
  • After adding the pappardelle to the pastrami cream, mix and add the cherry tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.

  • Pork – 400 g
  • Petrol – 200 g
  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Onion – 150 g
  • Tomatoes – 200 g
  • Sunflower oil – to taste
  • Salt to taste, ground black pepper
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

Preparations:

  • We take a pork tenderloin and cut it into portioned pieces, like cutlets. Strain, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 20-25 minutes.
  • Onion cut into half rings. Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into slices along with the legs.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half, cut into half rings. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin circles.
  • Take a deep baking tray. Pour some sunflower oil under it. Put the pieces of meat. Lubricate with mayonnaise and add onions. A little salt and pepper.

  • In parallel with this, cook the fettuccine until the doneness indicated on the package. Cook broccoli in parallel: Add chopped broccoli pieces to boiling water. Cooking time – 4 minutes.
  • Next – fry the broccoli in olive oil for about 4 minutes.
  • Then mix everything: fettuccine, shrimp, broccoli and pour a little lemon juice over it.
