Cod liver and celery salad

Contents:

  • cod liver in oil – 200 g;
  • two eggs;
  • a stalk of celery;
  • two fresh cucumbers;
  • green onions, mayonnaise, dill, salt.

Boil hard boiled eggs and cool. Then cut into cubes. Take the cod liver puree into a bowl with a fork.

Cut the cucumbers and celery stalk into cubes, finely chop the green onions and dill. Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Salad with cod liver and cheese

Contents:

  • cod liver – 80 g;
  • two eggs;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • green peas – 100 g;
  • Mayonnaise, salt.

Peas can be used both canned and frozen, just boil them in boiling water for literally three minutes.

Boil eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Mash the liver in a bowl with a fork. Cheese grated on a coarse grater. Combine all the ingredients, add mayonnaise and salt. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or unsweetened yogurt. You can also add some dill.
