Salad with fried cucumbers
Contents:
- cucumber – 200 g;
- onions – 150 g;
- carrots – 150 g;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- vegetable oil;
- greens;
- salt pepper
Fried cucumber salad does just that. We clean the carrots, onions and garlic. Wash all the vegetables, remove the stems of the cucumbers. Cut the onion in half and cut into thin half rings. Grate the carrots and cucumbers into long strips (or cut with a knife if convenient). After that, we let the cucumber rest in a colander for 10-15 minutes and let the excess moisture drain.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, fry the onion in it until transparent, stirring occasionally. We send the carrots to the pan, cook for another 5 minutes, and then the cucumbers go there too. Gently mix and cook until the cucumbers change color. It is no longer necessary – cucumbers can turn into porridge.
Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Salad with fried cucumbers is ready!
