- ripe banana – 1 pc.
- dry yeast – 5 g
- sugar – 150 g
- dairy-free oats – 250 ml
- flour – 250 g
- raisins – 50 g
- dried apricots – 50 g
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
First we knead the banana at the bottom of a large bowl. Add yeast and sugar to it.
Pour our flour through a sieve into the contents. After that, pour 250 ml of dairy-free oats (sold in many Ukrainian supermarkets) and add raisins and dried apricots. We mix everything well.
Pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil. We mix everything well again.
After that, pour the contents into molds and send them to the oven until the dough rises completely. The finished cake can be sprinkled with decorations at your discretion.
