Contents:
- 200 g peeled shrimp;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 cucumber;
- 100 g of navel lettuce;
- 100 g of Frize salad;
- 4 slices of cereal bread;
- 4 tbsp l. olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a pan with garlic butter until golden brown. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and fry on the grill or pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. A little cold.
Cut the lettuce into small pieces with your hands and place in a large bowl.
Cut the cucumber into slices and add to the salad.
Cut the avocado into cubes and mix gently with the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
