For testing:

• butter – 200 g;
• sugar – 200 g;
• eggs – 4 pcs .;
• flour – 280 g;
• baking powder dough – 1 tsp;
• vanillin – 1 teaspoon

for the cream:

• butter – 150 g;
• cream cheese – 300 g;
• powdered sugar – 4 tbsp. l.

Baking dough for cake. Beat butter with sugar for 2-3 minutes. Butter should be at room temperature and very soft. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar. Beat the dough well after each addition of eggs. Eggs should also be at room temperature.

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into the dough. Blend everything in a low speed blender. You will get a very thick dough.

Using two tablespoons, spread the dough into the molds. We bake cakes for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The dough should fill them about halfway. The dough rises well and if it is added too much, it may overflow from the molds.

The finished cakes should be allowed to cool completely and only then proceed to decorating.

We prepare cream cheese cream for decoration. Beat the room temperature butter for about 3-5 minutes.

Then add powdered sugar and chilled cream cheese to the butter. Beat everything for about two minutes. Get a delicious cream. Decorate the cupcakes with it.
