For this recipe, it is better to take a long pasta. Like spaghetti or linguine.
Sicilian pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce
Contents:
- spaghetti – 150 g;
- shrimp – 200 g;
- hard cheese (preferably parmesan) – 30-40 g;
- cream – 150 ml;
- dry white wine – 30 ml;
- butter – 40 g;
- vegetable oil;
- one small onion;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- salt, pepper, paprika, herbs.
Wash and clean the shrimps. Add salt, pepper and some paprika to them. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Let’s cook spaghetti. You need to do this for them to be al dente. So, a little elastic inside. Cook them as directed on the package. And then throw it on a colander.
After that, heat the pan.
Lightly grease with vegetable oil and add half a serving of butter. Fry both sides of the marinated shrimp for a few minutes and set aside in a separate bowl.
Add the remaining butter to the pan, fry the edible chopped onion, finely minced garlic, then add the white wine.
Stir until the alcohol has evaporated, this will take about three minutes. Add cream and stir while heating. At this point the spaghetti should already be ready and rest in a colander. So put them in the sauce, add grated parmesan, salt and pepper and put the shrimps. Mix all the ingredients well into the sauce and serve. On a plate, you can sprinkle an additional serving of Parmesan.
