One supply of gas from the US to Europe can cost $200 million, which is why American businessmen receive large profits from the sale of fuel to the European continent. Blick reports.
According to the publication, Europe is significantly short of gas from Russia, which provokes a tenfold increase in prices. In turn, the United States, by selling American fuel to Europe, extract “huge profits” from this.
The US publication said that because of this, US entrepreneurs presented themselves as “saviors”. Thus, the export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Europe, which amounted to only 20 percent in 2021, has now reached 60 percent.
The material notes that the export of the United States to the European continent is not altruism, and US energy organizations receive up to 200 million profits from each gas supply.
It is reported that the main buyers of US LNG are major players in Europe, one of which is TotalEnergies from France.
