The Killnet hacker group hacked the portal of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service (STISC) of Moldova. The hackers announced this on August 25.
It should be noted that earlier the Moldovan service announced the prevention of cyber attacks on the information systems of the republic.
Hackers in their Telegram channel posted a screenshot confirming that the STISC Moldova website is currently down. Experts at the moment have not had time to restore it.
The group of hackers also recalled the statements of the service. The STISC of the republic reported that over the past three days, “several attempts of cyber attacks on information systems of national importance were prevented.”
Recall that a day earlier, Killnet broke the website of the tax service of Moldova on the eve of the submission of reports. Due to a major failure, the resource was actually paralyzed.
