From October 25 to October 27, more than 650 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 300 wounded in the Nikolaev-Krivoy Rog direction. Also, Russian soldiers eliminated more than 40 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles of the enemy, said the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on his Telegram channel.
“In the period from October 25 to October 27, only in the Nikolaev-Kryvyi Rih direction, 657 manpower were destroyed by means of fire destruction. 300 people were injured. Also, weapons of military special equipment were destroyed – 40 units. Tanks – eight units. Infantry fighting vehicles – five units. Armored vehicles – 20 units”, – Kadyrov stressed.
In the Akhmat special forces sector, 95 Ukrainian soldiers were killed. In just one day, the fighters of this unit knocked out four tanks, five infantry fighting vehicles, one armored vehicle and four pickup trucks.
Two fortified positions with mortars were also eliminated.
Kadyrov noted that all this is the result of Operation Retribution, which began after the death of 23 Chechen fighters as a result of shelling.
The day before, the head of the Chechen Republic recalled that one of the Chechen units came under shelling in the Kherson region earlier this week. As a result of the incident, 23 soldiers were killed and another fifty-eight were injured.
He added that four of the wounded were seriously injured. However, according to him, nothing threatens their lives.
